I.M.C.F Review
Coming from a successful Director and Actor... this film has set quite a few expectations of itself and the film has actually reached quite a bit of that. With an unconvincing screenplay, the first half of the film is quite slow and seems to lack some flavor. But the second half is pacy, fun and entertaining.
Its the story of a Son who learnt to give 'Values' to people around him, from his well admired father. When problems come forcing into his perfect life... he is left with one option - To face them! So the story is basically, how he handles the problems in his life and keep up the goodwill of his Father. Also its the story about winning his love, taking care of his family drowning with financial burden and giving justice to those who seek!
Reasons to watch:
1. Performances of actors, which are quite appealing.
2. The story of a son who tries to keep up the goodwill of his father!
3. A fun filled entertaining second half with Brahmanandam.
4. The trademark Trivikram Dialogues.
Reasons to skip:
1. The not-so-clear screenplay.
2. Implausible editing and first half.
I.M.C.F Rating : 81/100
Direction : 7 : Second half is fine, but the first half isn't very convincing.
Production Values : 7 : Well made, but graphics in a stunt sequence were poor.
Story/Plot : 8 : Not quite routine and not very different too!
Cast Performances : 9 : Allu arjun has been decent. Sneha and Upendra did well. Samantha tried to be bubbly and Nitya Menon tried to be boyish while Adah Sharma didnt look good at all for some reasons! Rajendra Prasad did a bit of a negative role, but did well!
Music : 9 : Especially, the lyrics are too good.
Cinematography : 9 : Fine
Screenplay/Editing : 6 : Not clear!
Choreography : 8 : Not the Allu Arjun way!
Dialogues : 10 : Perfect!
Awe Moment(s) : 8 : Alu Arjun's characterization when someone talks bad about his father; Brahmanandam's comedy.
