Coming from a stylish flick like 'Iddarammayilatho', Puri stills seems to prefer shooting abroad, than in India! Being the producer of the film, he is motivated to have abroad shoots even for a simple story like this..! But of course, that is what is making his films a bit colorful.
'Heart attack' is a simple movie with not much of an entertainment, but not irritating as well. Brahmanandam and Ali were there, but couldnt share much of fun.
Songs, Choreography and Music was just fine.
Dialogues were up to Puri's style... on youth of either genders !!
Story is just fine in the first half, but takes pace in the second half and towards the climax with the action sequences in Goa!
Nithin and Adah were looking great. Vikramjeet looked very well and apt for his role. Though played for 2 to 3 mins, Prakash raj did well too.

Story/Plot : 7 : Routine love story. Tried to make a few changes, but were not upto the mark.
Cast Performances : 8 : Adah was not effective. Nithin and Vikramjeet did well though.
